A first or second class Honours Degree (2:1 or 2:2), based in a science related degree or cognate subject, from a UK Higher Education Institution, or its equivalent, or the equivalent in experiential learning (a minimum of five years of qualifying employment). All applicants will be required to demonstrate their preparedness for the modules in Applied Bioscience. Prospective students with non-standard entry qualifications are advised to discuss their personal position with the course leader before applying.

Academic Requirements:

For entry to a master’s degree, we will consider the following qualifications:

* A recognised pre-Masters course

* 2 year Master's degree (when following a 2 year Bachelor degree) with 60% (Grade B/CGPA 3.0) or above

* 4 year Bachelor degree from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) with 60% (Grade B/CGPA 3.0) or above

* MBBS and BDS degrees with 60% (Grade B / CGPA 3.0) or above will be considered on an individual basis
