UK Students:

Academic Requirements:

A-Level: Grades CCC at A-Level.

IB: International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 26 points overall, including 4,4,4 from three Higher Level subjects. Higher Level Mathematics or Physics is preferred.

Access HE: We consider applications from students with the Access to Higher Education Diploma in a science discipline e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Maths or Physics. The minimum academic requirement is to achieve 60 credits overall, with 45 credits at Level 3, of which 15 credits must be at Distinction, 15 credits at Merit and 15 credits at Pass or higher. Applications are considered on a case by case basis.

GCSE: Minimum five GCSE passes including English and Maths at grade C or 4.

Non-UK students:

Academic Requirements:

Students who have successfully completed A-Levels or the International Baccalaureate will be considered for direct entry onto our undergraduate degrees. We may also consider recognised Foundation qualifications.

Excellent HSC students who have achieved 80%+ (CGPA 5.0) in the HSC may be considered for entry to 4 years undergraduate Programmes. Scores at this level are rare, and denote exceptional achievement and academic ability.
