The general requirement for admission to the degree is 48 - 72 UCAS points at A level or equivalent – this includes relevant Access to Higher Education courses. Applicants should be able to demonstrate the emotional and psychological maturity to work with vulnerable people and the resilience needed to cope with the demands in this sector.

Year 1:

* Higher Secondary Certificate (75% minimum) and an approved foundation course.

* Higher National Diploma: Higher Secondary Certificate with a GPA of 4.5.

* Integrated Masters of Engineering – MEng (Hons): Diploma pass – 70% minimum.

* Holders of the International Baccalaureate Diploma with 26 points or more will be considered for direct admission to Bachelor degree courses

Year 2:

* A three year bachelor's degree with a score of 55%.

Year 3

* Applications for advanced entry onto the third year of an undergraduate degree course will be decided on a case-by-case basis. The course which you are currently studying must also closely match the one to which you are applying for.
